Stay in Touch with Story Home Group When you contact us through the chat widget, you'll be asked to provide separate consent for two types of SMS messages: Customer care messages include responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, property information you requested, transaction updates, and follow-up communications related to your active inquiry. Promotional messages include new listing alerts, market reports, special offers, open house announcements, and seasonal promotions from Story Home Group. Each type of message requires its own consent. You may consent to one, both, or neither. Customer care consent is not combined with promotional consent. Neither is shared with third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Your SMS opt-in data will never be shared or sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links in the chat widget for details.
